JOB DESCRIPTION

This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing and is responsible for driving traffic and ROI via paid and acquisition tactics and will take the lead on strategy, execution, and reporting for all search and paid social campaigns.

Your impact will focus on helping create, develop, launch and oversee our digital marketing lead generation campaign/marketing efforts — great opportunity to join a new and rapidly growing marketing team as an early hire with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute and improve all paid search tactics through hands-on, daily optimizations across paid channels (Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Conduct audits and A/B testing of current campaigns to identify areas for both content and keyword targeting improvement
  • Create, improve compelling ad copy enhancements and creation
  • Manage ad expense budget with daily reporting, performance analysis, CPL & CPA, and bid optimization techniques
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Keep up-to-date with PPC best practices, keyword research tools, and industry/competitor research
  • Execute and improve current SEO tactics, including the creation of backlinks, onsite and syndicated content, social sharing, and more

Skill Requirements:

  • Education in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields
  • Google Analytics and Google Adwords Certified
  • At least 3-4 years of experience
  • Track record of managing profitable paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook and Bing
  • Understands other forms of digital marketing, including content marketing, SEO, conversion optimization, landing page optimization, paid marketing, re-targeting, email marketing, etc.
  • Solid experience and understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google), SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.
  • Ability to work well as a team and be collaborative
  • Multitasker with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, task-oriented
  • Strong time management skills with attention to detail
  • A tactical thinker with the ability to see the strategic picture as well
  • Problem solver, fast learner and self-motivated

JOB DESCRIPTION

Integrity Energy is looking for a full-time inhouse Software Developer who is as passionate about application development and creating compelling user experiences as they are about coding.

This role will report directly to the Sr. Software Developer and Sr. Director of Digital Marketing.

You’ll work on projects that range from data queries for reporting, maintaining current software applications written in ASP.net, conceptualizing, building, testing and deploying new enhanced Integrity Energy technology platforms to improve user experience and functionality.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a work environment that provides autonomy and trust with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Desired Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of development experience required
  • ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server, TSQL, Azure DevOps Techstack
  • Good knowledge base of web technologies(PHP, CSS, HTML)
  • API experience a plus
  • Maintains and debugs legacy software applications
  • Ability to write queries and formulate data reporting
  • Serves as one of the go-to development resource for Integrity Energy
  • Develops, tests and implements software solutions
  • Writes code, test and deploys software

Integrity Energy is one of the largest energy consulting firms in the industry. We have relationships with over 30 different suppliers and have over 40,000 current customers. We are looking for the next rock star to come in, learn how we sell, and then move up the ranks to be part of our management staff.

WHAT WE DO

We specialize in helping commercial and industrial customers choose a competitive energy supply company to reduce their energy costs. We cold-call commercial customers across the country to sell electricity and natural gas. This is a very competitive market, and you must be able to sell over the phone.

The right person must be:

  • Think quick on their feet
  • Be able to effectively communicate
  • Negotiate with business owners
  • Confident

Base Pay:$12-$16/hr

  • Everyone is hired on as a Lead Generator. This position is known as our training period where you learn about energy & how to sell over the phone.
  • Once there is a proven track record as a Lead Generator, reps are promoted to Account Managers. Account Mangers generate and close deals.

$13-$24/hour plus uncapped commission.

  • *Our top Account Managers make $24/hour and they earn between $1500-$5000 each month in commission*

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year tele-sales/cold calling experience required.
  • Previous experience selling energy preferred.
